transforming pork products more than 55 years. A small
slaughterhouse was the first start. The father of the present
CEO brought the Chinese sausage's recipe from Mainland China.
He had a great vision that transforming pork to various kinds

however, called it as "Goon-Chiang Long Jhu" which
literally means Chinese Sausage for the Chiefs. Later around
1971, Khun Ngek-Lung's vision in marketing that customers
would be much easier to remember and call the products' name,
she then named and registered as the legal producer of the
semi-prepared food under the name of "Peung Ngee
Chiang."
She and her management team
stress on the freshness, hygienic and tasty products that suit
the customers. Therefore, quality control on the fresh meat
must be kept standard at all times. Most importantly, the
process of production must go through the high technology
automation which produces the goods sufficiently and turnkey
effect.
